2. Label Cost Details

We provide two primary label types for customization: Paper Coating and Silver Foil Backing.

• Paper Coating: Provided free of charge on every order.

• Silver Foil Backing & Other Premium Services: Please contact your dedicated account manager for detailed pricing information.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Private Label Programs

3.1. Eyelash Extensions

• Total Trays MOQ: 500 trays

• Per Size MOQ: 10 trays per size (combining specific lengths, diameters, and curls).

  • Example: You must order a minimum of 10 trays of $0.03 \text{mm}, 11 \text{mm}, \text{CC}$ curl, and 10 trays of $0.05 \text{mm}, 11 \text{mm}, \text{D}$ curl. The total combined order must be at least 500 trays.

• Available Size Options:

  • Diameters: $0.05 \text{mm} – 0.20 \text{mm}$

  • Lengths: $4 \text{mm} – 25 \text{mm}$

  • Curls: J/B/C/CC/D/DD/L/M/V/L+/LC/LD

  • Formats: Single length, Mixed lengths, Single colors, Mixed colors, and Multicolor options.

3.2. Adhesives, Pre-treatment, and After-treatment Products

• Total Pieces MOQ: 50 pieces

• Per Item MOQ: 10 pieces per specific product type.

3.3. Cluster Lashes (DIY Lashes / Segmented Eyelashes)

Lash clusters are small, pre-fanned groups of false lashes intended for self-application underneath or on top of natural lashes using a bond/seal system. They are popular for creating a customizable, temporary DIY extension look, offering volume and length that typically lasts from a few days up to a week.

• Key Features & Customization:

  • DIY Application: Designed for easy home use with bond, seal, and tweezers.

  • Customizable: Users can mix various lengths (e.g., 8-18mm) and curls (C curl is common) to achieve flared, cat-eye, or rounded doll-eye effects.

  • Materials: Available in quality PBT or silk fibers, with various styles (natural, wispy, volume).

• MOQ: Please consult your account manager for the specific minimum order quantity for Cluster Lash products.

4. How to Initiate Your Private Label Order

We strongly recommend conducting a product trial before committing to a private label order.

1. Product Testing: Select the specific products you wish to sample and test.

2. Contact Information: Send your complete recipient information to our official email: info@heymebeauty.com or directly to your account manager.

Packaging Recommendation: To promote sustainability, we encourage the use of paper box packaging. We offer black/white plastic box designs and will add your brand logo design inside FOR FREE! Please contact us for further details on packaging options.

5. Lead Time for Samples & Official Private Label Orders

• Eyelash Sample Orders: Approximately 5 working days for processing.

• Official Eyelash Orders: Approximately 30 working days for order processing, though this may vary based on the season and the size of your order.

• Adhesive and Liquid Products: Requires 7 working days for processing.

6. Discount Structure

We offer volume-based discounts; the larger your order quantity, the greater the discount you receive. Please reach out to your account manager for comprehensive discount information.

• Note: The discount is not applicable to orders including 6, 8, 12, or 14-line trays.

7. Sample Order Procedure

7.1. Sample List Submission

• Provide your sample list, including specific items (material, curl, thickness, length, and quantity).

• Quantity Policy: Up to 8 pieces are provided under the sample program. Retail pricing will apply starting from the 9th piece.

7.2. Receiver’s Information

• Submit your full recipient details (Name, Address, Telephone, Postal Code/Zip Code) to calculate the delivery fee. We guarantee the highest priority for data protection; your personal information will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties.

7.3. Quotation and Confirmation

• Heymebeauty will issue a quotation and invoice based on your sample list and shipping destination for your confirmation.

7.4. Shipping Options

• Shipping via UPS, DHL, Fedex, or a local forwarder can be arranged based on your preference.

7.5. Payment Methods

• Payment must be completed via bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal, or other specified payment options on our website.

7.6. Sample Lead Time

• We process sample orders immediately upon payment receipt. Customization of samples typically takes 5-7 business days.

7.7. Delivery Tracking

• The receiver will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the shipment via the carrier’s system.

7.8. Feedback

• Your sample delivery will be tracked until it is successfully delivered. We welcome your product feedback and look forward to partnering with you soon!

7.9. Transit Time

• Expected transit time is 3-5 days. While we will inform you of any delays, Heymebeauty is not liable for loss or damage due to reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays. If delivery is not made within the stated period, we will refund the purchase price upon request.
